then you have to integrate Service Pack 2 before slipstreaming Service Pack 3 and Internet Explorer 7 into the XP disc.
To do that you need to:
Download Service Pack 2 for Windows XP
Download and install the program nLite.
A. Insert your Windows XP installation disc (press the <Shift> key to disable autorun).
B. Start nLite. Click Next >> you will arrive at the screen below.
Click Browse >> a new window will open. Find and select the drive where you inserted the XP disc >> click OK.

C. Click OK at the next screen.

D. Select a hard drive in your computer (for most users that is C:) >> click Make New Folder.
Enter a name (e.g. XP_SP2) in the "box", then click OK.

E. Files from your Windows disc will be copied to the hard drive.
When finished >> click Next until you arrive at the "Task Selection" window.

F. At the "Task Selection" window >> select "Service Pack" and "Bootable ISO" >> click Next.

G. Click Select.

H. A new window will open:
Find and select the "WindowsXP-KB835935-SP2-ENU" executable you downloaded earlier, then click Open.

I. The Service Pack files will be extracted.

J. The Service Pack files will be integrated.

K. Once the integration has finished >> click OK in the new window.

L. Back at the main program window. Click Next until you arrive at the "Bootable ISO" window.
Choose Create Image, then click Make ISO.

M. Another window >> choose where to save the ISO image and click Save.

N. Once the ISO has been created >> click Next.

O. Click Finish.

Burn the ISO image to CD with, for example, ImgBurn.
