Here we will use ImgBurn to create a bootable, slipstreamed Windows XP disc (slipstreaming is described here and here).
The procedure is, of course, similar when burning other ISO images.
Download the free program ImgBurn.
Double click the downloaded file and follow the instructions on screen to install the program.
Start ImgBurn. You will see the the main program window and a log.
In the main program window >> click "Write image file to disc".

New window: Make sure ImgBurn has found your CD/DVD burner (Destination).
Then click the "Browse for a file" icon.

Another window will open >> find and select the ISO image you want to burn >> click Open.

Back at the main program window. Click "Write".

The CD (or DVD) will be burned.

Once finished >> click OK.
